水に流す（みずにながす）
This means to forgive past events, to not worry about them.

君たち二人は今までライバルだったが、これからは同じチームで働くので、過去の確執は水に流して頑張ってほしい。
きみたちふたりはいままでらいばるだったが、これからはおなじちーむではたらくので、かこのかくしつはみずにながしてがんばってほしい。
You two have been rivals until now, but since you will be working on the same team from now on, I want you to let bygones be bygones and give it your all.

社長は社員のミスを水に流し、改善の機会として捉えることを選んだ。
しゃちょうはしゃいんのみすをみずにながし、かいぜんのきかいとしてとらえることをえらんだ。
The president chose to let the employee's mistake go and took it as an opportunity for improvement.

胸騒ぎがする（むなさわぎがする）
This means feeling a premonition or unease that something bad is going to happen.

エンジンをかけた時、いつもと違う音に胸騒ぎがしてエンジンを止めた。
えんじんをかけたとき、いつもとちがうおとにむなさわぎがしてえんじんをとめた。
When I started the engine, the sound was different than usual, and I had a bad premonition, so I stopped the engine.

彼の旅行先で事故があったとニュースで見て、胸騒ぎがして彼にメールを送った。
かれのりょこうさきでじこがあったとにゅーすでみて、むなさがぎがしてかれにめーるをおくった。
Seeing news of an accident at his travel destination, I felt uneasy and sent him an email.

目が無い （めがない）
This means to have a strong liking for something to the extent of being captivated by it.

彼は日本酒に目が無いので、食事も日本酒に合う献立が多いらしい。
かれはにほんしゅにめがないので、しょくじもにほんしゅにあうこんだてがおおいらしい。
He has a strong liking for sake, so it seems his meals often consist of dishes that go well with sake.

彼女は苺に目が無いので、ケーキを買う時も苺が入っているものを選ぶ。
かのじょはいちごにめがないので、けーきをかうときもいちごがはいっているものをえらぶ。
She has a strong liking for strawberries, so when buying cake, she always chooses ones that contain strawberries.

By the way, "見る目がない" means lacking the ability to judge the value of people or things.

自分の意見に賛成する人だけを部下として採用するなんて、彼は人を見る目がないね。
じぶんのいけんにさんせいするひとだけをぶかとしてさいようするなんて、かれはひとをみるめがないね。
Hiring only those who agree with his opinion as subordinates, he really lacks judgment in people.
