Introduction.
Hi there!
This time I would like to introduce you Tokugawa Iemitsu,the 3rd Shogun of Edo shogunate, and Japanese sweets Anmitsu.
Before then let me explain Edo shogunate.
Shogunate was samurai government. Edo shogunate had controlled Japan from 1603 to 1868. The headmaster of it was shogun that was the leader of all samurai. And Shogun was given the power from the emperor. The headmaster of Tokugawa family passed on the position generation to generation. It was a kind of dynasty.
