SDN Service Design Master に認定されました。

しばらく記事をかいていなかったのですが、先日 SDN Service Design Masterに認定されました。

取得の条件は以下の通りです。4年以上、5プロジェクト以上の経験ならば、決して多くの実務家にとっては難しくないように見えるのですが、トレーナーとしての経験、講演経験、理論的土台やよく利用する事例やツール、手法に関する記述もあります。

You have extensive knowledge, refined skills and prolonged experience in carrying out service design at the highest standards. You also have the capacity to provide advanced service design training and consultation to others in the application of service design within organisations. You are actively engaged with, and demonstrate thought leadership within, the service design community.

Pre-requisites:
4+ years of experience
Completion of 5+ service design projects
Meet core competencies as a service design master

取得のためのステップは以下の通りです。個人的にはインタビューよりも書類の準備の方が骨が折れました。少しずつ書き溜めて、クライアントの方にもご協力いただき、完成させました。

STEP 1. REGISTRATION
Login as an SDN member or create your free SDN Community Follower account to start your application.

STEP 2. APPLICATION
Complete your self-assessment, upload a case study and training example that best represents your skills, add a testimonial and submit your application for review. An application fee of €180 will be billed when you submit your application for review.

STEP 3. INTERVIEW
Qualified applicants will be invited to a virtual interview within a four-week time frame. Take part in your 30-45 min in-depth virtual interview with two members of the SDN Accreditation Committee to validate your skills and accomplishments.

Within two weeks of the interview, you will receive the evaluation by the SDN Accreditation Committee which will lead to either your official accreditation or further recommendations for your future accreditation. Once you receive the confirmation of your successful accreditation, the remaining accreditation fee for two years will be billed.

また、認定されるといくつかのベネフィットもあるようです。以下は認定後のメールで案内される内容の抜粋です。概要だけ説明すると、SDN各種メディアでのプロモーション、SDNアカデミーのへの招待、トレーニングプログラム参加者へのSDN認定証発行、各種コースへのディスカウントが説明されています。

• Recognition and promotion of your activities on SDN media channels: we are constantly promoting the SDN Accredited Professionals and Masters on SDN media channels (website, Insider newsletter, Touchpoint, Social media). Therefore, please make sure to always share with us via accreditation@service-design-network.org your planned activities (training sessions, workshops, talks, etc) so we can spread the word within the community. Please also consider offering your training sessions at a discounted price for SDN members (please share any applicable discount code with us and we will share it with SDN members via their SDN dashboards).

• Special invitation to become an active member of the SDN Academy: this new initiative is executed in tandem with the global community of SDN Accredited Professionals and Masters. We invite you to submit your course proposal using this form. Currently, SDN Academy is accepting proposals for Online and/or On-demand courses.

• Endorsement to award SDN co-branded certificates: please find here the SDN branded Certificate of Participation that you can present to the participants of your training sessions. The Certificate is available as an interactive PDF that can be filled and signed digitally, as well as a file to print and be handwritten if you prefer.

2022年5月段階で、Japanで検索すると私しか該当者がいないようです。2年間で認定が切れるので、もしかすると2017年の開始から2020年4月までに取得されてexpireされた方がいらっしゃるのかもしれません。日本で1人は寂しいので、取得を検討されている方は何らかのかたちでご連絡いただければいろいろお話できるかと思います。
