萩池々茶屋を経営する第五良栄丸では船員を募集しています。 Daigo Ryoei Maru, which runs the Hagi IkeIke Chaya, is looking for sailor.

■ 年収240～420万 別途ボーナス支給（多い時で4か月分）
試用期間中は17万より
- Salary 2000 - 2700 USD. You cana get more Incentive bonus 1 or 4 times in a year. Total amount salary in a year will be about over 24000 - 42000 USD. When you are hired, your salary is 200,000 JPY for 3 month as a trainee.

- You can use Japanese government Hospital insurance.
■ 社員寮あり、航海中にも食事・まかない・個室の寝室を用意
共有スペースにシャワー付き
- You can stay one bed room just only you. with shower and bathtub
- It is free fee to eat morning, lunch and dinner in fishing boat.

■ 年間休日170日以上
You can taka a day off over 170 over due to stormy weather, sea condition

船員保険・正社員の方には出産費用が全額でます。Seafarers and regular employees have our insurance who are charged the full Children birth cost.
