We are delighted to invite you to attend a study which will start in London in Sep seasons.
The detail of the study is listed as follows, if you are interested in taking part in, please do not hesitate to submit the form for registration:
【試驗設計】①事前體檢/②PCR Covid檢查/入院8日7夜(出院當天作最後檢查)
【Study design】①Screening visit/②PCR Covid test/Stay for 8 days 7 nights (Final Assessment on day of discharge)
【地點／Venue】 倫敦 / London
【試驗藥物／Medicine】 治療哮喘的藥物／Medicine for Asthma
【給藥形式／Form of dosing】 呼吸器：試驗藥物或安慰劑／inhaler: Study medicine or placebo
【完成實驗津貼】 不便津貼 約£2,920 (交通費另外補助)
【Completion Allowance】study payment around £2,920 (Travel expenses will be covered separately)
【入選條件／Inclusion criteria】（僅顯示部分／Not all are listed）
18至55歳的華裔男性或女性（定義：出生於中國內地、香港或台灣。父母及祖父母均為華裔，海外居住少於十年）
體重 45Kg以上, BMI18.0 to 30.0 kg/m2 範圍內的人士
目前並非吸煙者，及過往6個月未曾吸煙者
過去90天內沒有接受其他藥物的給藥（根據試驗藥物時間或有不同）
願意接受肺活量檢查的人士
沒有臨床意義上的嚴重疾病，不需定時服藥
擁有良好血管以供採取血液樣本的人士
能夠出席其中一組所有日程的人士
已完成接種新型冠狀病毒疫苗（Covid-19）的人士／Fully vaccinated with covid-19 vaccine
Male or female of Chinese ethnicity and 18~55 years old （Born in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan, all 4 parents and grandparents are Chinese, living aboard less than 10 years)
With weight ranged from 45kg and above; BMI ranged from 18 to 30 kg/m2
Non-smoker for at least 6 months
Not participate in other clinical trial in previous 90 days.
Able to perform lung capacity assessment
No medical history of clinically significant diseases, no medicine on regular basis.
Having good vein for blood taking
Able to attend all visits for 1 of the cohorts
Fully vaccinated with covid-19 vaccine
