Contemplating the nature of dreams people have at the end of their lives, I wonder if they dream as vividly as children or throughout their lives. Do they comprehend their surroundings, and do they have insight into what awaits them after death? My mother, nearing the end of her life, now spends most of her time sleeping, reminiscent of a baby. All I wish for her is to experience peaceful and pleasant dreams.
