I had a great time watching the students' Biblio Battle. Each student presented a book they had read and talked about why they enjoyed it. It was quite interesting. Some girls talked about a book on Japanese history that discussed the weak points of historical figures. Another girl talked about a fantasy novel that took the reader back to when Japan fought against the US during World War II. I was surprised by how sensitive my students are.
