軍手。
裏返す時に指の部分がやりにくい。
指の部分に輪がついていて、軍手をはめたときに指を輪に通し、そのまま脱ぐときにひっくり返す。

Work gloves.
The fingers are difficult to do when turning them over.
There is a ring on the finger part, and when you put on the gloves, you have to put your finger through the ring and turn it over when you take them off.
