研ぎ桶の作り方

包丁を研ぐ際に、研ぎ桶を使用すると便利です。研ぎ桶は研ぐ作業だけでなく、保管にも役立ちます。ホームセンターや他の店で販売されているプラスチック製の箱、バケット、またはコンテナを利用して簡単に作ることができます。

必要なものは、バケット、アルミアングル、木の板、細い木の棒、そしてネジです。特に、ドリルが刃先に付いたネジ、通称「テクスネジ」や「ドリルネジ」と呼ばれるタイプのネジを利用すると便利です。

アルミアングルをバケットにネジで固定し、その上に板を載せます。砥石がずれないように、細い棒を木工ボンドでしっかり固定することがポイントです。注意点として、板がバケットからはみ出さないようにしてください。はみ出すと研ぎ水が溢れる可能性があります。

様々な方法が存在しますが、大切なのはバケット内に板が収まるようにすることです。これによって、研ぎ桶を効果的に使用できます。
