さて、今日は前回投稿した「英語と私ー序章－」の続きを書きたい。前回の記事にも書いたように、私は大学３年生の夏まで、受験勉強以外の英語学習というものをしたことがなかった。英語学習として英語に触れる機会も無ければ、それ以外の場面で、例えば、小学校・中学校・高校でのイベントで国際交流をしたり、家族や親戚に外国人がいたり海外経験が豊富な人間がいたりして国際感覚をもつなどというようなことも全くなかった。それまで、海外や英語に全く無縁な人生を送っていた。 では、なぜ大学３年生の夏に英語
