I went to the pool

"Today, I went to the pool and went swimming. I can swim breaststroke fairly decently, but I still have a long way to go with freestyle.

The crucial thing is breathing, right? It's also called respiration.

Exhale, inhale, hold.

This 'holding' is really important.

By holding your breath, air accumulates in your lungs and your body floats.

If you kept exhaling the air you took in, your body would sink, wouldn't it?

After consciously focusing on these aspects, I feel like I've improved from the last time, and my physical fatigue is better too.

Next time, I want to be able to link my body movements and techniques to swim more smoothly."
