キューバ旅①入国前の準備（海外在住者）

念願のキューバへ行ってきました！
死ぬまでに行きたいリストのうち、30歳までには行きたかったので感激！
でもそれより、あの景色を5年後も見られるだろうか？ということ。

ビザ？ツーリストカード？

海外旅行へ行き時にまず考えるのは「ビザ」のことです。
国によっては電子申請で即日取得できる国もあれば、大使館での申請が必要な国もあります。何を隠そう、私は今海外在住です。

ネットでキューバのビザに調べていると、どうやら「ツーリストカード」が必要らしい。ただ米国からキューバへ入国する方は様式が異なるとのことで要注意。私は今回、ペルーからの入国！

さあ、ネットで「海外在住　キューバ　ツーリストカード」と調べても情報が出来てません。そして、ネットに転がっている情報は数年前のものが多くどれが本当かわからない・・・！どうしよう！！！

私はクレイジーなことに南米渡航直前にNY旅行が・・・。
しかもキューバへ行くことを決めたのは7/1。土日を除いて4営業日。

いざツーリストカード入手へ

時間はないし、どう取得すればいいのかわからないし、でも悩んでいる時間もないのでとりあえず連絡をしてみよう！と。そこで在オランダキューバ大使館へ電話をしたところ・・・「メールで連絡ください」の音声案内。

ですよね。大使館ってそんな感じなんですよ。私はよく知っている。
時間がないの！オーラ爆発させた文章でメールを大使館へ送信。

するとびっくり！2時間後に返信が・・・！

You can apply for a tourist visa in person, Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm, by appointment only, or by post. Appointments are requested through the email, once the payment has been made. The tourist card is delivered at the same time of the appointment.

月曜から木曜の半日って・・・。けどとても親切に必要書類や料金について教えてくれました。

I – Documents to present:
1. Application form attached.
2. A valid Dutch passport. If you are not a Dutch or European citizen, you must present your passport and valid Dutch residence.
3. A plane ticket with date of entry and return from Cuba.

II – Payment of the consular fee:
Personal service: 22.00€ for the green tourist card or 50.00€ for the pink visa
Service through a third party (relative, friend or other): 47.00€ (22.00€ for the green tourist card + 25.00€ for non-personal service (For those under 18 years of age it is not applicable))

Service by post: 57.00€ (22.00€ for the green tourist card + 25.00€ for non-personal service + 10.00€ for ship to the Netherlands). If the mail service is for several people with the same address, only 10 euros more will be charged. That is, 47 euros for each of the cards and 10 euros for a single postal service.
If you use the postal service, please send us the delivery address.

ちなみに銀行振込のみ。振込完了しないと、受け取ることは出来ません。
そして「pink visa」は米国パスポート所持者または米国からキューバへ行く方はこの「pink visa」にあたります。

ツーリストカード入手！

（ツーリストカードの写真を撮るの忘れました汗）
もらったツーリストカードに必要事項を書くこと、半券部分を入国審査時に返却されるが出国時に必要だから保管すること、保険に加入すること、ビアヘロというオンライン申請フォームの登録を済ませることを説明してくれました。

「忘れそう・・・」と言った私に「（笑）メール送ってやるよ」と。
どこまで優しいんだ！？大使館でこんな対応されたのは初めてだわ。

大使館を後にし、電車に乗っているとなんとすぐメールが！！

The Tourist Visa or Tourist Card is only for purposes of tourism in Cuba. It is valid for one single entrance into national territory, for a 90-day trip and can be extended for an additional 90 days, at the office in the hotel where one has accommodations or with the immigration authority.

Travelers must have travel insurance that covers medical expenses or a medical expenses policy with coverage in Cuba, also for Covid-19. The insurance policy must be contracted in the country of origin. Travelers who do not have insurance on arrival, exceptionally, may contract an insurance policy and assistance from Cuban insurance companies at the airport.

Before your trip (with no more than 3 days in advance) you must fill out the digital form required by various institutions that allows entry to the national territory of Cuba

仕事出来すぎ大使館員に助けられ、あとは向かうのみ。ホテル予約も他の国とやっぱり少し違ったので触れたいと思います。待ってろキューバ！
