引っ越し前のすることリスト

Procedure手続き

・submit notification of moving out. 市役所で転出届を出す。
・Call each of the electric, gas, water, fire insurance, and wifi companies to cancel.
電気、ガス、水道、火災保険、wifiの会社にそれぞれ電話して解約する。
・Change the address on your cash card (on the web).
（webで）キャッシュカードの住所変更をする。

Moving 引っ越し
・When using a moving company, ask several companies to give you quotes. (1 month before)
引っ越し会社を使う場合、見積りを数社に行ってもらう。（1か月前）
※Hikkosi-no-Sakai…Carring out on Tue. 3/15 morning, 89500 yen. The week before that, it would be cheaper.
※引っ越しサカイの料金…3/15㈫午前中搬出、私は89500円だった。その前の週ならもっと安くなるらしい。
・Sell unnecessary items (through Mercari, friends, buyers) or get rid of them (to vendors)
いらないものを売る（メルカリ・友達・買取業者）or 処分（業者）
※When I asked "Nijiya" to dispose of the property, it cost me 18,500 yen. Also, if you ask them to dispose of items that you did not tell them about at the time of the preliminary estimate, the price will be 1000 yen higher, so tell them what you want them to carry as precicely as possible at the time of the estimate. If you have a friend with a car, it would be cheaper to have the city dispose of it.
※買い取り業者は虹屋さんに頼んだ時18500円かかった。また、事前見積のときに伝えていなかったものを処分してもらうと1000円ほどくなるので、見積の時になるべくもれなく運んでほしいものを伝える。
車を持っている友達がいたら、市に処分してもらった方が安そう。
・packing 梱包する
※HikkoshiSakai gave me free cardboard and packing tape
　引っ越しサカイは無料で段ボールとガムテープをくれた。
※Sanitize everything before putting away in cardboard boxes.
　段ボールにしまう前に除菌する
・Ask condominium management company to see if you can take the light  bulbs with you.

Apartment Searchマンション探し

・There are three points for the properties: 1. rent, 2. interior design, 3. location. 物件の条件は３つ。１家賃　２内装　３立地
・If you check out some properties by yourself, it will be smoother when you tell the real estate agent. (Because the real estate agents will ask you "Did you find any properties you were interested in?")
自分で物件をいくつか調べておくと、不動産屋さんに言ったときにスムーズ。（「気になる物件はありましたか？」と聞かれるので）
・Measure the dimensions of the furniture you have (refrigerator, washing machine, bed, desk, closet) and where you will put things in your new home before you go to the viewing.
内見に行く前に持っている家具（冷蔵庫・洗濯機・ベッド・机・クローゼット）の寸法と新居でものを置く場所の寸法を測る

銀行で口座の住所変更をする。
・Change the address on your driver's license at the police station.
警察署で運転免許証の住所変更をする。

About house 家のこと

・Buy or rent furnitures/home appliances 家具/家電を買う or レンタルする
・Buy curtains. (If you can buy and bring them back home by yourself, buy them on the moving day. If it's impossible, buy in advance with Rakuten etc. )
カーテンを買う（引っ越し当日にカーテンを買って家まで運べるなら当日買う。難しかったら楽天などで事前に買っておく）。
