August 18, 2021：雨上がり決死隊の解散（2）(Break-up of Ameagari Kesshitai (2))

 A program regarding the break-up of Ameagari Kessihtai, a comedy duo consisting of Hiroyuki Miyasako and Toru Hotohara, was distributed yesterday. Unfortunately I could not watch the program since I joined an online workshop, but I understood from online articles on the program that Hotohara san could not stand Misaysako san’s performances on YouTube, and made up his mind to break up the duo in April.
 The break-up taught me that once we have a broken relationship with intimate partners, there is no way to repair it. I believe that the duo had developed in their 32 years a very strong bond which could be equivalent to or stronger than a martial bond. Unfortunately the strong bond backfired on the duo. I imagine that Hotohara san must be surprised to see that Misaysako san started his YouTube performances too quickly, which was an unforgivable betrayal to Hotohara san and caused unimaginable anger and hatred to him. I wish them good luck and success.

  昨日、雨上がり決死隊の解散番組が配信されました。残念ながら、オンラインワークショップの参加していたため、この配信を観ることはできませんでしたが、配信に関するネット記事を読むと、蛍原さんが宮迫さんのYouTube配信が許せず、堪忍袋の緒が切れて、解散を決断したようです。
 今回の解散騒動を通して、一旦、人間関係にひびが入ると、修復は難しいのだなとつくづく思いました。32年も付き合っていると、夫婦並みまたはそれ以上に強い絆をお互いに感じていたでしょうから、相手の裏切りは耐えがたい怒りと憎しみを生んだのだと想像します。本当に残念ですが、今後のそれぞれの活躍に期待します。
