We could not have any chance to gather and organize the Féile unfortunately, but we have the privilege of organizing online Féile Tokyo in December. As a part of online Féile Tokyo, we are happy to announce that we will organize the moc Irish traditional music competition online with pre-recorded examination for designated categories.
Please note that the online music competition is unofficial and you are not entitled to enter the All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann even if you mark high scores.
However, it will be ideal chance to be evaluated your skills by a professional musician. We are looking forward you to entering the competition.
After the evaluation, we will send you the evaluation result sheet by email. The evaluation will be carried out with the same criteria as the official Fleadhanna. Earning more than 85% in the evaluation will be the general standard for All-Ireland Fleadhanna (*It will vary depending on the year). Based on the result, you can set the target for competing for official Fleadhanna.
Please note that we can only accept the competitors for Solo/Duo/Trio categories this time. There is no competition arranged for dance categories.
Judge will be made by Colin McGill, a piano accordion player and former All Ireland Champion as well as qualified adjudicator.
