You can have a look at the amendment of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann's rule booklet from 2017 to 2020. We only cited the amendment that will be relating to online music competition.

《変更/Amendment》14 Rogha Gléas – Miscellaneous の記述

2017年版にあった下記の記述が、2020年版では無くなっています。
You could find the following statements in 2017, but deleted in 2020.

●Melody playing instruments for which there is no specifically designated competition.

明確に指定されたコンペティションがなくメロディーを演奏する楽器。

●The following instruments are acceptable in Miscellaneous Competitions:
Viola (body and bow), Single Row Accordion, 3 Row Accordion, 3 or 5 row
Continental Accordion, Harmonica, Saxophone, Clarinet, Pipes other than
Uilleann Pipes, Bouzouki 6 and 8 string), Guitar (6 string), Tenor Guitar (4
string), Recorder, 5 string Banjo, fife, piccolo, hammer dulcimer and cello
(body and bow).
Any instrument not listed above needs to be classified as acceptable by
the Ardchomhairle.

《変更/Amendment》15 Tionlacan – Accompaniment の記述

2017年版から2020年版で、書き出しの文章が以下のように変更になっています。
The following statements have been modified between 2017 and 2020.

（旧：2017年版/ The previous 2017 Version）
Tionlacan – Accompaniment is restricted to piano, harp, guitar, bouzouki, mandola, mando-cello etc. Competitors in this competition use accompaniment as opposed to melody.

伴奏はピアノ、ハープ、ギター、ブズーキ、マンドラ、マンドチェロなどに限定される。このコンペティションの出場者はメロディではなく、伴奏を行う。

This category caters for instruments that use melodic accompaniment as opposed to melody.

このカテゴリは、メロディではなくメロディの伴奏を行う楽器が相当する。

・《追加》演奏中の楽器のチューニングは不可/(Added)No change the set tuning while playing

＊１：＜日本語訳＞
（ソロ楽器の年齢グループDの）フィドル（1D）、フルート（3D）、ホイッスル（4D）、7D（イーリアンパイプス）とハープ（8D）では、４曲中1曲スローエアを含まなければならない。
→2020年版より、スローエアを含まなければならない種目にハープが追加されました。
