おめでとうございます！

　　There may be some criticism of photo manipulation, but this is our experimental image work. The reason why we attempted something like this is because we wanted to push the limits of still image. In other words, actually, we really wanted to make a moving image. However, we had to stop because of copyright issues ahead of us, and also because of advertising issues.
　　写真加工に対しては批判もあるかも知れません、しかし、これは私たちの実験的な画像作品です。なぜこのような試みをしたかというと、静止画の限界を超えたかったからです。つまり、本当は動画を作りたかったのです。しかし、私達の先には著作権問題があり、広告問題もあるため、思い止まりました。

　We are not focusing on the band as a specific group of individuals, but as a movement in the field of music and art. Therefore, we prefer abstract or painterly images rather than photographic or photorealistic images, in order to make it as difficult as possible to identify the individuals and date the images. As you know, this is also the reason why many of the images are unclear.
　　私たちは、あのバンドを特定の個人の集団としてではなく、音楽と芸術の分野におけるひとつの運動として注目しています。したがって、個人や画像の日付をできるだけ特定しにくくするために、写真や写実的な画像よりも、抽象的な画像や絵画的な画像を好んで使用しています。ご存知のように、不鮮明な画像が多いのもこのためです。

　If you look at it from a cynical point of view, it could be said that we take the time and trouble to edit beautiful images into blurred, dull images (chuckles). It may have been better to process this one too in a more painterly manner.
　　皮肉な見方をすれば、私達は美しい画像をわざわざ手間と時間をかけて ぼやけた冴(さ)えない画像に編集している、とも言えます（苦笑）。この画像も、もっと絵画的に加工した方が良かったかも知れません。
