The San Francisco summit between President Xi Jinping and President Joe Biden was "a big win" and it sent "a great message" to people in the U.S. and China, said Michael Hart, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in China.
The message from President Xi at APEC was that China is still open for business and "we're taking that as a broad offer that U.S. companies are welcome," he said.
