-Canelé-
I think you have seen “canalé” when you visit to French pastry shops. Canelé is a small French pastry flavored with rum and vanilla with a soft and tender custard center, thick caramelized crust. I like it more with strong rum and aroma that spreads into the mouth!
La Soeur is from Fukuoka prefecture in Japan and they comes to Tokyo occasionally. I have eaten a few shops canelé before, but I recommend here and Jöel Robuchon for now. This shop is made it with Japanese ingredients and have different flavors although seasonable taste. There is canalé without a rum, so you also have other flavors to choose it from if you can not accept the rum!
Try it if you are interested!
