Today was partly cloudy. I consulted with one of my best friends. He and his partner live in Chiba. I asked how much they spend living in Chiba. He answered the best advice. According to his advice, people can get incomes more than Hokkaido. But expenditure also increases. I selected Narita, Tomisato, and Sakura. These cities are near the international airport.
