おすすめの使い方 :   
【芳香】1～3滴をキャリアオイルで希釈し、額、こめかみ、首の後ろに塗布します。
【塗布】キャリアオイルで1〜3滴を希釈し、心臓、太陽神経叢（胃上部）、額に塗ります。
【飲用】舌下、カプセル、水に1-2滴を落として飲みます。

Manifestation 

Litsea is a powerful mobilizer of the will. It is especially helpful in encouraging individuals to follow through on their inspiration and promptings. Generally, individuals have many intuitive moments when their mind is open and connected to their higher consciousness. In this receptive state, information and energy flow freely. However, these inspirations are often shut down or discarded as individuals judge, criticize, and stifle the light they receive. Litsea invites individuals to have the confidence to act on the information given and to trust in wisdom that may be beyond current understanding.
