狭き門から入れ！

いつの時代になっても同じ苦しみを経験した人間とのつながりは深い。

ベリートップであったがゆえに自分の子供みたいなものだ。

成長したかなー、気になる。。。

前職で「狭き門から入れ！」という言葉をよく朝礼で使った。

いままでの経験で、何もかも順調に立ち上がった事業や会社は本当に脆（もろ）い。

今までに何千社もの会社や経営者とあった中での自論だ。

これは間違いない。

狭き門から入るから、うまくいかないことが多く、考える。

そして、その機会も多くなる。

その多くなった機会がまた人を成長させる。

考えない人間はだめだ。運だけでもだめだ。

いかに多く、深く考えるかでその人成長が決まる。

そのチャンスを得た人は、その境遇に感謝だ。

狭き門に感謝だ。

Enter through the narrow gate!

At any given time, we are deeply connected to people who have experienced the same suffering.

He is like my own child because he was a belly top.

I wonder if he has grown up.

At my previous job, I often used the phrase "Enter through the narrow gate! I often used this phrase in morning assemblies.

In my experience, businesses and companies that have started up smoothly are really fragile.

This is my own opinion based on my experience with thousands of companies and business owners.

There is no doubt about this.

Because you enter through a narrow gate, there are many things that can go wrong, and you have to think about it.

And there are more opportunities to do so.

And those more opportunities also make people grow.

A person who does not think is no good. Luck alone is not enough.

A person's growth is determined by how much and how deeply he or she thinks.

Those who get those opportunities should be grateful for their circumstances.

They should be thankful for the narrow gate.
