Writingが上手くなるコツはパラグラフ内で各々の文に役割をもたせる

すなわち役割はトピックセンテンス、サポートセンテンス、コンクルージョンセンテンスに分けられる

例文を使って説明します

English is linga franca. As globalization is becoming ubiquitous all over the world by the Internet, it is necessary to communicate with those with different backgrounds in various situations, such as sightseeing, business and education. For instance, English enable us to interact with some people who visit our country. As a result of this, in order to make us understood English allow us to talk with someone.

１　トピックセンテンス

先ほどの例文ではEnglish is linga franca.がトッピックセンテンスの役割を持っている

主語がトピックの役割を持っている

述語はトピックについて著者の意見を反映させる

トピックセンテンスは抽象的に述べる

２　サポートセンテンス

As globalization is becoming ubiquitous all over the world by the Internet, it is necessary to communicate with those with different backgrounds in various situations, such as sightseeing, business and education. For instance, English enable us to interact with some people who visit our country.の部分がサポートセンテンスである

サポートセンテンスはトピックセンテンス（特に述語内容を）を解説、具体例、根拠づけ、いづれかの役割を持っている

トピックセンテンスは抽象的に述べるが、他方サポートセンテンス具体的に述べる

３　コンクルージョンセンテンス

As a result of this, in order to make us understood English allow us to talk with someone.の部分がコンクルージョンセンテンスである

再び、パラグラフ内の理由を要約する

主にサポートセンテンスであるが、その文がいかに著者の主張を証明するかを示す
