すごいマスク！?

Fitbit’s Chinese rival Amazfit mulls a transparent, self-disinfecting mask – TechCrunch

yahooのニュースでこんなマスクが紹介されていました！

Aeri…「アエリ」ではなく、Airy「空気の、風通しの良い、通気の良い」と同音異義語だそうです。以下、ニュースより抜粋です。

In a phone interview with TechCrunch, the firm said it is developing a see-through plastic mask with built-in ultraviolet lights that can disinfect filters within 10 minutes when connected to a power supply through a USB port. The caveat is that the lights only sanitize the inside of the mask and users still have to clean the outer surface themselves.

シースルーのプラスチックマスクを開発中でUSBポートで電源に接続すると内蔵している紫外線ライトでフィルターを10分以内に殺菌できますが、注意しないといけないのは、マスクの外側はユーザーが自分できれいにしなければならないということ。

Called Aeri, the mask uses removable filters that are on par with N95 filtration capacity. If the concept materializes, each filter could last up to a month and a half, significantly longer than the average life of surgical masks and N95 respirators. 

あのN95に匹敵する濾過性能のある取り外し可能なフィルターがあって。製品化されたら、フィルターは最大1か月半持つ可能性があり、そうなればはサージカルマスクやN95よりずっと長い間使える。
