Ending of my studying in Pittsburgh ➀

I just handed in my final exams through email because of COVID-19, which means finishing studying at Duquesne University for one academic year as an "exchange student".

This memo will work for people who don't know about Pittsburgh and would like to see how my life at Pittsburgh was going for these 9 months.

1. Geography-Pittsburgh-

which is located in very west of Pennsylvania. clearly remember a professor told me Pittsburgh is a city with the most bridges.

Japanese time zone is 13 hours ahead of them.

Also, Pittsburgh is famous for a place where many movies and drams are filmed, including “I am not okay with this” on Netflix.

2. Where did I live?

In fall semester,

 Dorm

The tallest building in this pic is a dorm I lived for 4 months with an American roommate. There are a swimming pool, buffet restaurant, and 17 floors. I was in 6th.

In the restaurant, there are many sections, for instance, vegans, vegetarians, “American”-Asian, waffles (self), pastas......

In Spring,

Lived with an American fam (homestay)

applied to a homestay agent (pay $200) > answer questions > given an family

The family’s house is located South hill in Pittsburgh.

$800/ a month, excluding only lunch

But the fam gave me every meals...... I wonder how I could thank you enough.....
