follow-up: glaucoma

I saw my eye doctor at Miyoshi Ophthalmology clinic in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Japan in June 2021. My doctor is Dr. Iwamoto. He's been my doctor for many years before I developed glaucoma.
Follow-ups of glaucoma have every 3 to 4 months. He just wanted me to check my eye pressure/tonometry. This time, my left eye with glaucoma is lower than usual. It was 15. It's been 16 for a year. Right eye is always 15, but this time 16. I think I know some reasons why my eye pressure declined. The main reason is walking. I walked for 90 minutes almost every weekend, Saturday and Sunday after my previous follow-up. It was a good exercise for me. However, I found a stranger on a way home, so I suddenly stopped walking outside, however, I still continue to do pirates at home on weekends. I am sure physical exercise, it is not necessary aerobic ones, helps a lot for glaucoma. Another reason is dietary therapy. It is not really a therapy, but I changed my diet recently since I have uterine fibroids. Last January my doctor at gynecology found them slightly bigger. I am going back to see him this month, prior to that, my friends recommended to watch a YouTube by Dr. Berg. Dr. Berg said I should stop/reduce consuming cheese and soy. So I stopped. I like to see how it works.
