✦自作発言、二次配布、転載、当規約に反する利用は禁止しております。(追加の支払いで二次使用は可能です。)
✦基本的に個人様のお支払いは【着手前前払い】のみお受けしています。
✦二次利用やyoutubeおよび、投げ銭機能のある配信アプリでの使用は、収益化の有無に関わらず商用利用料金を頂戴しております。許可のない商用利用は禁止しております。
✦着手後のキャンセルや返金などの対応は行っておりません。
✦版権イラスト・二次創作となるものは、版権元からの許可があるもののみお受け可能です。

✦イメージがしっかりある方は、ラフや過去イラストなどの資料を提示いただけると助かります。
✦お急ぎの場合や納期についての詳細な指定がある場合は、ご依頼の際にその旨をご連絡ください。日数によっては特急料金を頂戴いたします。

⚠️商用利用の範囲⚠️

✦商用利用権　購入金額の50%〜

グッズ化・youtube及び投げ銭機能のある配信アプリでの使用は、収益化の有無に関わらず商用利用料金を頂戴しています。許可のない商用利用は禁止しております。
後からの購入も可能です。

グッズ化希望の際は「グッズ内にコピーライト記載が可能か」ご連絡いただけると幸いです。
※ グッズが独り歩きしても”誰が描いたイラストなのか？”がわかるような記載を指します。(art by 月夏(getsuka)など…)

✦We only accept payment from individuals [complete payment in advance before work begins].
We charge a commercial use fee for secondary use, use on youtube, or distribution apps that have a pay-as-you-throw function, regardless of whether or not they are monetized. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
✦We do not offer cancellations or refunds after work has begun.
✦We can only accept copyrighted illustrations and those that are derivative works with permission from the copyright holder.

8) Correction response 2 times *Please send all revision requests together. *If you wish to make additional revisions, we can do so for a fee.

10) Correction response 1 time *Substantial revisions can be made for a fee.
11) Delivery. ✦Skeb is the best value for money for omakase type requests.

✦If you are in a hurry or have a detailed specification regarding the delivery date, please let us know when you submit your request.
Depending on the number of days, an express fee may be charged.
