デマ訂正と説明　RVCショタボイスに関して

現在Twitterを始めとして、自分がbooth販売したRVCデータについてのデマが横行しております。

そちらのデマ訂正と説明記事になります。

・実在する小学生男子の甥の声を本人や家族騙して収録
・学習データを許可を得ず勝手に高額販売
・児童ポルノ的用途を推奨してる

上記全てデマです。
販売データに関して、自身は一言も「小学生の甥の声」であると発言していません。このデータについて、「甥」であるとはTwitterでもBOOTHでも発言してません。これは甥の声ではありません。
親族（血縁者）の声を学習させていますが、法的に問題ある人物に依頼しての収録を行った事実はなく、またその人物に対して卑猥な音声データの収録を行った事実もありません。
サンプルの音声は852話自身の音声をRVCに通したものであり、該当作品において「該当の未成年児童の音声データ、学習元データ」がweb上で公開されたことはありません。そもそも児童（日本では16歳くらいまでの子供を指す）のデータではありません。児童の声を「ショタ」と形容して販売した事実はありません。
血縁者である学習素材データ提供の人間には、相応の対価を支払い学習データ（40分程度の読み上げ音声）を販売から使用まで権利丸ごと買い取っており、一任されており、web公開を快諾いただいてます。
データは犯罪的用途への使用を禁止しており、前提として児童ポルノ用途での使用は許可しておりません。データ自体に性的搾取意図はありませんし、「リアルな少年らしい声」「ショタボイス」という言葉をセンシティブな意味合いで使用した事実はありません。

販売ページ説明文下二行の
「リアル少年らしい声を収録しています。 保護者・本人快諾の上での販売であり、第三者の権利を侵害するものではありません。」
はboothから本人の許可を得て販売していることを明記してほしいという内容のメッセージがあったため追加した文章です。

この件に関してツイ消しなどを行なっていないため、詳細はツイッターを確認していただければわかりますが、
・「小学生甥」のデータではない
・被害に遭った児童は存在しない
・学習データを収録させていただいた人物は血縁者であり公開販売を快諾してもらっている、また素材データの管理を買い取っている、家族や本人を騙した事実はない
・センシティブ目的ではない上禁止している

が事実です。

追記
問題の焦点が児童とされていたので児童ではないと弁明しましたが、日本で言う未成年の範囲である18歳以下の男子の声を学習させた事実はないとここに明記します。
不当表示との指摘もありますが「小学生男子の現実の声を収録学習させました」など誤解を招く表記をした覚えはありません。「リアルな少年らしい声」という表記より過激な表現はしていません。

リアル少年声の収録、が当初ページを作ったときの紹介でしたが、説明が足りないと判断し一人目の購入がされるよりも前に「リアル少年らしい声を収録しています。 保護者・本人快諾の上での販売であり、第三者の権利を侵害するものではありません。」の追記をしており不当な表記での売買は発生していません。

All of these are false. Regarding the data I'm selling, I have never stated that it is "the voice of my grade-school aged nephew". I did not claim that it was the voice of my "nephew" either on Twitter or on BOOTH. This data does not contain my nephew's voice. Although the voice of a family member (blood relative) was used as a main source for training, there is no truth to the assertion that I illegally recorded anyone's voice, nor that I have recorded any obscene voice data from them. The voice sample is the result of running my own voice through the RVC, and there has never been a public release of the "voice data of the minor in question, or the source data for learning" on the web. To begin with, the data is not that of a child (in Japan, this generally refers to individuals up to the age of 16). There is no truth to the claim that I described a child's voice as "shota" for sale. I have fully purchased the rights to use the learning data (about 40 minutes of reading voice) provided by a blood relative and have been granted full discretion, including the approval to publish on the web. The data prohibits use for criminal purposes and I do not permit its use for child pornography. The data itself does not have an intent of sexual exploitation, and I have not used phrases like "a realistic boyish voice" or "shota voice" in a sensitive context.

This is the sales page.
The last two lines in the description, "A real boyish voice is recorded. The sale is done with the consent of the guardian and the person themselves, and it does not infringe on the rights of third parties," was added in response to a message requesting to clearly indicate that the sale was done with the individual's permission from Booth.

I have not deleted any tweets about this issue, so if you check my Twitter you can see the details, but these are the facts:
・The data is not that of my "grade-school nephew"
・No child has been victimized
・The person who allowed me to record the learning data is a blood relative who gave me consent to sell it publicly. I have bought the rights to manage the material data. There is no truth to the assertion that I deceived the family or the individual
・The data is not intended for sensitive purposes and its use for such is prohibited.

I'd like to clarify that while the focus of the controversy has been on the involvement of a child, I did not use the voice of a minor, defined as under 18 in Japan, for training. There have been allegations of misleading representation, but I do not recall making statements such as "I recorded and trained the real voice of a grade-school boy" that could lead to misunderstandings. I have not made any more extreme expressions than the phrase "a realistic boyish voice".

Initially, I described the product as containing "a real boyish voice" when I first set up the page. However, before anyone made a purchase, I added "A real boyish voice is recorded. The sale is done with the consent of the guardian and the person themselves, and it does not infringe on the rights of third parties." Therefore, there were no transactions made under inappropriate representations.
