出入国管理法改正案、LGBT法案を押しのけた日本(Japan Enforced Immigration Law Amendment, LGBT Bill)

日本与党と野党維新、国民民主党が力を合わせて出入国管理法改正案、LGBT法案を通過させた。
立憲民主党が反対したが、力がなさすぎる。
討論もできず、再考もない。 日本の政治を如実に見ることができる場面だ。
強力なリーダーシップは可能だが、政治は協議と牽制が絶対的だ。 そうしてこそ、一方に偏らず危機に陥らない。
第二次世界大戦後、日本の復興のためには強力なリーダーシップが必要だった。 しかし、今のように先進国になっている日本が独裁ように流れる姿は残念だ。 野党は存在するが、維新と国民民主党も保守的な政治で民族主義を過度に強調している。
軍国主義思想が再び発生するのではないかと疑ったりもする。
北朝鮮、中国などが引き続き好戦的に進んでおり、自然と日本も保守的な政治家の影響力は強くならざるを得ない。 当然、過去のような軍国主義と似た形の独善的な姿が予想される。
両法案は少数者、マイノリティのための法案だ。 しかし、日本与党と保守野党は、彼らの意見を無視し、自分たちの支持層だけを考慮している。 結局、多様な意見のない日本の政治はますます固着していくだろう。
力のないリベラル野党が残念だ。 政権交代と相互牽制のない政治が安定的で成功に見えるが、決定的な瞬間にはその弱点が大きな国民的被害をもたらした点は歴史を通じて分かる。 第2次世界大戦の日本軍国主義がそうであり、プーチンのウクライナ戦争も同様だ。 被害はそのまま力のない国民だ。 戦争で多くの国民の犠牲が伴う。
与党と野党が相好牽制になれば、戦争状況を防ぐことができる。 しかし、牽制のない権力は誤った選択をしても防ぐことはできない。
今の時代には絶対にそのようなことは起こらないだろうと思うが、私たちが住んでいるここで少し目を向けるだけでもウクライナでは戦争が、中東ではテロが、アフリカでは内戦が起きている。 私たちは自分たちとはかけ離れた状況ではないことを自覚しなければならない。
ただ生きていくのに汲々として政治に対する無関心を持っているが、何の変化もないようでも子供世代またはその次の世代には大きな被害がもたらされるということを肝に銘じなければならない。（Qの希望）
 
The ruling and opposition parties in Japan, including the Yu-Shin Party and the Koku-Min Minshuto, joined forces to pass amendments to the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as well as an LGBT bill. Only the Rik-ken Minshuto party opposed it, but their power was too weak. There was no debate or stock-taking. It is a scene that clearly shows the state of Japanese politics.
Even though strong leadership is possible, but politics relies on consensus and checks and balances. Only through this can a country avoid leaning too far in one direction and falling into a crisis. After World War II, Japan needed strong leadership for its revival. However, it is regrettable to see a country like Japan, which has become an advanced nation, leaning towards authoritarianism. Opposite party, the Yu-Shin Party and Koku-Min Minshuto emphasize conservative politics and excessive nationalism. There are concerns that this might lead to the resurgence of militaristic ideologies.
The two bills are meant to protect minorities and marginalized groups. However, the ruling and conservative opposition parties in Japan are ignoring their opinions and only considering their own support base. Ultimately, without diverse opinions, Japanese politics will become increasingly stagnant.
It is unfortunate for the weak liberal opposition party. While a lack of regime changes and mutual checks may seem stable and successful in politics, history has shown that in critical moments, these flaws can cause significant harm to the nation. This was the case with Japan's militaristic regime during World War II and Putin's war in Ukraine. The victims are the powerless citizens. War brings great sacrifices to the people affected.
When the ruling and opposition parties provide checks and balances, they can prevent a war situation. However, unchecked power cannot prevent the wrong choices. In this era, such events are highly unlikely, but by simply looking around, we can see that war is happening in Ukraine, terrorism in the Middle East, and civil wars in Africa. We must realize that these situations are not far removed from where we live.
While we may be preoccupied with our daily lives and indifferent to politics, we must remember that even if there doesn't seem to be any change, significant damage can occur to future generations or the generations after that.(Q's hope)
