韓国観光の新しいコース、青瓦台、仁王山、景福宮、そして西村、北村(New Tourism Route in Korea: Cheongwadae, Inwangsan, Gyeongbokgung, Seochon, and Bukchon)

青瓦台は、米国のホワイトハウスと同様、大統領執務室を称した。 しかし、今回の尹錫烈（ユン·ソクヨル）政権は、大統領府を国民に返すという意味で開放を強行し、大統領執務室は龍山（ヨンサン）前国防部の席に移した。
大統領府開放当時は予約が多くてなかなか入るのが難しかった。 しかし、今は週末でも前に行ったら簡単な登録を通じて無料で外国人も利用できる。 期待とは裏腹に開放されていないところが多く、公式的な執務室程度だけが見学可能で残念だが、一度ぐらい大統領執務室を経験してみるのも良い思い出になりそうだ。
そして大統領府の前は景福宮だ。 朝鮮時代の王が住んでいた宮殿で、韓服を着た多くの外国人が写真を撮る姿を見ることができる。 彼らには独特の建築様式に違いない。 ちなみに景福宮周辺で韓服レンタルをするショップが多いが、韓服を着ると景福宮出入り時に入場料が免除される。 入場料は300円、韓服レンタルは1000円~3000円程度だ。
景福宮の左右に西村と北村という村が存在する。 韓国の伝統家屋である韓屋が保存されている地域で、最近人気が上昇している。 美味しい食堂やカフェも増えた。
そして西村を通じて仁王山登山が可能だが、1時間程度コースでそれほど難しくなく頂上に登ることができる。 頂上に立つとソウル市内を見事に見ることができる。 仁王山から青瓦台の裏側にある北岳山も登山が可能だが、これも1時間で行ける。 北岳山は大統領府のせいで登山が禁止されていたが 最近解除されたコースもある。
このすべてのコースを1日で全部できるし、少しゆっくりやれば2日で全部できそうだ。 北村から道さえ渡れば仁寺洞があり、仁寺洞から再び道を渡れば鍾路、そして鍾路から道を渡れば明洞、そして明洞から道を渡れば南山だ。 そして南山から反対に下ると漢江だ。 歩いて全部できるコースなので、歩くことに自信がある方は歩いてこのコースを楽しんでみてほしい。
通りすがりにおいしそうな食堂やストリートフードを楽しんでも、失敗なくぼったくりなしに一般的な韓国料理の味を体験することができる。
伝統とモダンが一緒に存在するこの地域をゆっくり歩きながら楽しめば、観光で感じられる喜びが2倍に増えると確信する。（Qの希望）
 

Cheongwadae, like the U.S. White House, historically referred to the President's office. However, in the current administration under Yoon Suk-yeol, Cheongwadae was opened up to the public, symbolizing a return to the people, and the presidential office was relocated to the former Ministry of National Defense building in Yongsan. Initially, it was challenging to enter Cheongwadae due to high demand, but now, even on weekends, foreigners can easily enter by registering in advance for free. Although not all areas are accessible, visitors can tour the official presidential office, providing a unique experience. It's a memorable opportunity to explore the presidential workplace.
Right in front of Cheongwadae is Gyeongbokgung, the palace where kings of the Joseon Dynasty lived. As a Korean, it may not evoke a strong impression, but many foreigners, often dressed in hanbok, find it interesting due to its distinctive architectural style. Around Gyeongbokgung, there are many shops offering hanbok rentals, and wearing one grants free admission to the palace (entrance fee is around $3 and hanbok rental $10~$30).
To the left and right of Gyeongbokgung are Seochon and Bukchon, areas with well-preserved traditional Korean houses known as hanoks. These areas have gained popularity recently, with an increase in charming restaurants and cafes.
Through Seochon, you can access Inwang mountain for a relatively easy one-hour hike to the summit, offering a fantastic view of Seoul. Behind Cheongwadae, you can also hike to Bukak mountain from Inwangsan in about an hour. Some trails were recently reopened, although certain paths are restricted due to Cheongwadae.
All these routes can be completed in a day, or if taken at a leisurely pace, it's possible over two days. Crossing the street from Bukchon leads to Insadong, then crossing again takes you to Jongno, followed by Myeongdong, and further down is Namsan. Walking the entire route is recommended for those confident in walking, and it allows experiencing typical Korean food without any tourist traps.
Slowly strolling through this area where tradition and modernity coexist will undoubtedly double the joy typically felt during tourism.(Q's hope)
