韓国の麻薬中毒の懸念が現実に(Concerns about Drug Addiction in South Korea)

最近、韓国のマスコミで話題になっている麻薬関連ニュースがある。 ポン·ジュノ監督の映画「パラサイト半地下の家族」とドラマ「私のおじさん」で主演として深い印象を残したイ·ソンギュンと元祖アイドルグループBIGBANGのG-DRAGONが麻薬関連で物議をかもしている。
特に、李ソンギュンは団欒な家族と謙遜な姿で模範的な芸能人の代表走者だったが、今回の事件で彼のイメージの墜落と彼に対する期待の失望は他の誰よりも大きかった。
一方、G-DRAGONは過去の大麻関連事件もあり、麻薬関連ニュースがそれほど衝撃に触れることはない。 多くの音楽関連アーティストの麻薬と関連した事件は、米国では非常に頻繁で、韓国にもますます広がっている現象であり、それほど衝撃的ではなかった。 特に先入観かもしれないが、ヒップホップや米国式ラップを駆使するアーティストたちのイメージは自由奔放で、それによって麻薬やタトゥーなどが一つの象徴になったようだ。
もちろんタトゥーが韓国ですでにファッションの一つになっており、麻薬が不法な状況でヒップホップアーティストたちが麻薬と関連していると話すのは絶対事実ではないが、漂うイメージが極端な自由で麻薬とも近く感じられるイメージを強調するのだ。
最近のニュースでは有名人の麻薬問題だけでなく、一般市民にも急速に広がっている韓国社会を深く心配する報道があった。 甚だしくは中学生にも投与するほどすでに簡単に広がっているという現象を私たちは目撃した。
特に、一般的に飲み屋やナイトクラブなどの遊興施設だけでなく、一般人が簡単に手に入れることができるインターネット販売などが話題になっている。 韓国はIT技術の発達によりインターネットを通じて麻薬だけでなく援助交際、不法武器、自殺、不法売春など多様な事件事故を誘発できる空間が造成されている。 警察でも先端インターネット捜査チームを稼動しているが、知能的に発展しているインターネット空間を100%追跡することは現実的に不可能なのが実情だ。
韓国はどの国よりも麻薬清浄国という自負心があり、他の治安関連部分でも安全な国として評価された。 もちろん、まだ韓国の治安は世界的に上位圏だ。 夜12時を過ぎて路上を一人で歩いても安全な国であることは明らかだ。 危険にさらされている状況を見ると、自発的に助けようとする若い世代がまだあふれている。 若年層に対して挑戦精神がないと批判する声もあるが、韓国の若者たちの良心と勇気は依然として心強いと評価する。
美しい若い世代のために麻薬や犯罪などを最小化することが私たちの既成世代の義務だと考えてみる。（Qの希望）

Recent news not only highlights drug issues among celebrities but also delves deep into the rapidly spreading problem in South Korean society, affecting even ordinary citizens. The phenomenon has reached a point where it's easily accessible, even to middle school students.
Moreover, it's not limited to entertainment venues like bars or nightclubs; it's now available through online sales, which anyone can easily access. South Korea's advancement in IT technology has created a space on the internet where various incidents, including drug distribution, illegal firearms, suicides, and illegal prostitution, can occur. Although the police have deployed advanced internet investigation teams, it's practically impossible to trace 100% of the intelligently evolving online space.
South Korea has taken pride in being a drug-free country more than most other nations and has been evaluated as a safe country in other aspects of public safety. Even past midnight, it's clear that it's safe to walk alone on the streets. There is still a surplus of the younger generation who are willing to help in situations of danger. While there are criticisms of the younger generation for their perceived lack of a challenging spirit, the conscience and courage of South Korean youth are still strong.
