友人の創作バディ『Arkas』

Vの相棒、ヒグマのArkas(アルカス)。別名D-Bear。

ギリシャ神話由来の名前。
最高神Zeus(ゼウス)と下級女神Kallistō(カリストー)の息子。
Zeusの計らいにより、母はおおぐま座、Arkasはこぐま座という星座になった。
楽園Arcadiaの王でもある。

MGSの繋がりで友人の 、@croquettedor さん が創作したVの新たな相棒に名前を付けるという貴重な機会を頂きました！ありがとうございます✨😇✨
凛々しいArkas✨👍🏼この絵から彼らの関係や設定について着想を得たので、文章をまとめてみました(掲載許可をもらいました！)。とても楽しい時間をありがとうございます！！
前半は私の類推。後半は@croquettedor さんとの対話です！

・ゲーム内のVと神話上のArkas、奇妙な類似が多い

ギリシャ神話のArkasは古代の楽園「Arcadia(アルカディア)」の王です。そしてVもMB(マザーベース、主人公の所属する基地の名前)のボスであり後の兵士の楽園、「武装要塞国家アウターヘヴン」の首領です。また親殺し（Arkasは熊の姿の母を親とは知らずに槍を向け、Vは"息子の"ソリッドに倒される）の共通点があります…🫣😭
彼らの奇妙な共通点はまだ有ります。Arkasは最高神Zeusの浮気…「父の罪」により誕生した存在、MGSVのヴェノムスネークも「父の罪」によって誕生し、運命を翻弄されます🧐Arkasは自身の息子達に国を継承させ、Vもリキッドとソリダスによってアウターヘヴンの遺志が引き継がれます！
極め付けの共通点は「牧人の理想郷」です❗️MBにも動物保護区があり、Vはいつも動物保護に勤しんでいます💡Arkasも「牧人の理想郷Arcadia」の主です。洋上のDDは実質「Arcadia」と言えるでしょう！！🤣

彼らはそれぞれ「熊」と「王」の２つの概念を持っています。彼らはどちらも強くて優しい楽園の王です😉

ちなみに #MGSV の人物をギリシャ神話の相関図に置き換えると…
Zeus→BB🐍
Hērā(ハーラー)→Zero/Ocelot
Artemis(アルテミス)/ Maia(マイア) →Kaz
Kallistō→BB/Venom🐍
Arkas→Venom🐍、Eli🐍

Zeusの妻Hērā(Zero/Ocelot)はZeusの浮気相手「美し過ぎるKallistō(強すぎるMedic)」を熊(Phantom)に変え、Artemis(Kaz)は誓いを破った彼女(BB)を追放。MaiaはArkasの育ての親になった。
Vは1人で2つの役が有ります…全てはZeroとBBの厄介ごとが発端です😰


EliはVを憎い親だと思って殺害を試みるが全て失敗、その後、彼は復讐の機会も奪われたのでアウターヘヴンの遺志を実現する事でVを越えようとする。MGSVにおけるVとEliは復讐に生きる似た者同士であり、環境の犠牲者なのでお互いを殺せなかったと推測した。
神話上のZeusとHērāは夫婦だが仲が悪く、よく喧嘩をするし、嫉妬深いHērāがZeusの浮気相手や婚外子に厳しい罰を与えていました。#MGSV では動機こそ違いますが、キャラクターが類似した立ち位置を演じてるように思えます。

ヒグマにも懐かれて強い絆を獲得したVは無敵です！！😤💪🏼💪🏼新たな相棒のD-Bearがもしバトルドレスを装備したら、兵士との白兵戦は完全勝利です😁リカオンの*1.ペネロペはVと一緒に戦いますが、D-Bearは「Go!」だけで監視所を1匹で制圧します👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
ヒグマは犬よりも嗅覚が優れているので、大きな拠点を歩き回らずに、仮のマーキングを一瞬で終わらせてくれるでしょう！😁剛腕の相棒は頼もしいです👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

*1→リカオンのペネロペとは、@MastaMimii さんが以前作り出した最初の創作バディです。ペネロペとVの出会いについて少し追記します。
彼らはアンゴラ/ザイール国境地帯のどこかで運命的な出会いをします。ペネロペは雌で、パックと呼ばれる小さな群れのリーダーでした。群れの仲間達がVを襲いましたが見事なCQCで返り討ちにされます。それを目撃したペネロペはVを「新たなリーダー/パートナー」として認め、Vを慕うようになりました！

D-Bear can charge in and take down so many at a times! But most soldiers get spooked and run away so hopefully there are not too many casualties! On rescue missions you can send D-Bear to scare the camp and then just go in to gather the prisoners? Maybe??

兵士達は（野生の）熊を無闇に攻撃出来ません。彼らは遠くに隠れ、上司から駆除命令が出るのを待ちます。現場に戻ってくるまでの時間をVは有効に使うでしょう💡👍🏼

The soldiers better not just attack without planning cause bear has a thick skin and if you do manage to hurt him... he gets mad and that's VERY scary. Even V then has a hard time holding him back from mauling the whole camp...

ヒグマの走る速度は最大56km/hらしいので、一般道で自動車を走らせるのと同じ感覚です。

D-Horse > D-Bear > Vの全速力

D-Walkerは生物ではないので選択肢から除外しました😝

D-Bear so fast V has to hold on tight to the fur but he loves the speed. Maybe they can knock down ennemies by dashing, maybe even cars and small trucks too. Not tanks tho..
Small bullets can't hurt D-Bear but he is huge and easy target for tanks. V has to protect Bear from tanks.

戦車の砲弾は直撃すればD-Bearでも瀕死になりますね🥲彼は走り続けて兵士をなぎ倒しながらロックオンさせないか、死角に回り込んで戦車の上に登って戦車の機関銃を破壊し、運転手を人質にするかもしれません😈

He is such a war machine bear!! Would be amazing to see haha. Bring the struggling soldier to V like a trophy (without hurting the human) and all V has to do is smirk and knock him out.

歩兵や狙撃手が戦車を乗っ取った熊に注目してる隙にVは彼らを倒す事もあり得るでしょうか？？🤔🤔

V could totally have D-bear used as a decoy. With good wise planning so he doesn't get hurt. They make a great team.

Also very warm and comfortable to sleep against on dark cold nights in the desert when there are no missions requiring shadow. 
Kaz and Ocelot are stresse still, they are sure at some point D-Bear might maul and eat V 🥲🥲 (especially when their bond is not full rank)

おそらくVが食べられる事はありません。なぜなら…「Vが義手の拳で圧倒的強さを示したから」🤣🤣🤣麻酔銃ではなく、ダッシュパンチが見事に頭を直撃する奇跡的な一撃👊🏼💢熊は気絶、目覚めた時にVを格上の存在と認め、おとなしくなったと想像しました！

Bear charged V who stood his ground and threw a hard much right in his poor snoot.
Bear had to sit and rethink his existence, rubbing his sore nose. 
V patting him "You okay buddy?"
And they became friends 🥺

Aaah this is so interesting and the analogies are good! Maybe V should have been Arkas and not Ahab. The son born from the sin of the father that will become king of Arcadie 🥺
Then D-Bear is V's spirit animal and he can have the name for himself.

🥺🥺 V chose the name because he saw Arkas coat shine with morning dew. It was like little stars in his dark hair and V reached out to pet his snoot. "You are like a constellation..."

Arkas defending V in his kingdom. All it takes is for him to sense that V is in danger for Arkas to raise on his hind legs and roar. Venom patting his side "easy easy..." and looks at his ennemy. 
BUT?! What if it would be different when it is Solid Snake attacking?
Arkas is supposed to stop him but he can sense David is not only a good soul but a victim of the situation. Arkas is growling and stepping closer to a terrified Snake. Sniff his face but doesn't maul him. Maybe as a spiritual animal he knows... this is when his human falls...

V「動物達は"主"を守ろうとしただけだ。そしてその主は今、あんたの目の前にいる。」
Solid「！！」
きっと、Solid はVとArkasに出会う前に他の動物バディ達に襲われて「アウターヘヴンは普通じゃない！」と思いながら相棒達を気絶？させてます😌

Yeees at some point Solid was starting to wonder if he was having hallucinations but no, Penelope and Arkas are very real 😬😬❗️❗️
I'm making myself sad thinking of V making a silent gesture at Arkas that means "Don't do anything. This is when I fall, this is when my story, our stories, end."

I think he probably never “duelling with a bear” in combat training he’s ever received😌 Solid may have foreseeed defeat for the first time...🫣

Solid will be okay though 😌
Venom will not let Arkas hurt him. It's just a show of strengh, he is the man who controls bears.
But Venom has honor, if he has to fight Snake it will be man to man.

ギリシャ神話のArkasと #MGSV のヴェノムスネークについて、こんなに類似点があるとは思わなかった😅
