1. Portugal's governing socialist party has won an upright parliamentary majority in the snap general election.  The Prime Minister Antonio Costa hailed the result as a victory for confidence and stability.

ポルトガルの政権党であるSocialist Partyは、臨時総選挙で議会の過半数を獲得しました。アントニオ・コスタ首相は、この結果を信頼と安定のための勝利と称えました。


2.  Spotify has promised to act against coronavirus misinformation after two
stars withdrew their music from the streaming service in a row about a
podcast.  The podcast by Joe Rogan aired vaccine skeptical views.

3.  The head of the Philippine electoral commission says that presidential
candidate Bongbong Marcos should be disqualified from running in upcoming elections.  The son of the former dictator Ferdinand Marcos has convictions (有罪判決） for failing to file tax returns.

フィリピンの選挙管理委員会の責任者は、大統領選に向け、ボン・ボン・マルコス候補は、次期選挙への出馬資格を剥奪されるべきだと述べました。元独裁者フェルディナンド・マルコスの息子は、納税申告を怠ったという前科があります。

4.  The U.N has warned of a deepening humanitarian crisis in Myanmar a year
after the military seized （掌握する）power.  It said the overthrow （転覆する）of the elected government had resulted in intensifying violence and a rapid rise in poverty.

国連は、ミャンマーで１年前軍隊が権力を掌握して以来 、人道的危機が深刻化していると警告しています。選挙で選ばれた政府の転覆により、暴力が激化し、貧困が急速に増加したと述べました。
