1.  Ukraine's President Zelenskyy is accusing Russia of bombing residential districts in the city of Kharkiv.  He calls it a war crime.  In a late night video address Mr. Zelenskyy said there were eyewitness accounts （目撃証言）of civilians being deliberately （故意に）targeted during a sustained attack on the country's second biggest city.  He called for the whole of Ukraine to become a no-fly zone for Russian aircraft.

ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は、ロシアがハリコフ市の住宅地を空爆したと非難しています。これは戦争犯罪だと。ゼレンスキーは深夜のビデオ演説で、同国第2の都市に対する持続的な攻撃で、市民が意図的に標的にされたとの目撃証言があると述べました。  ウクライナ全土をロシア航空機の飛行禁止区域にするよう求めました。

2.  Reports suggest that a convoy （部隊）of Russian military vehicles seen advancing on Kiev is substantially bigger than earlier reports.  Satellite imagery company Maxar technology which provided these images says the convoy actually stretches much longer than the 27 kilometers originally thought.

キエフに進攻しているロシア軍の車列が、これまでの報道よりかなり大規模であることを示唆する報道がありました。 この画像を提供した衛星画像会社マクサーの技術によると、車列は当初考えられていた27キロメートルよりはるかに長く伸びているとのことです。 

3.  And half a million people have left Ukraine since the invasion began with
some cities witnessing a frantic （必死で）scramble（争って～しようとする）to escape.  Many are traveling to Poland which borders the west of the country.

侵攻開始以来、50万人がウクライナを離れました。いくつかの都市では、必死で脱出しようと奔走する姿が見られました。多くの人が西に接するポーランドへ避難しています。
