1.  Russian-backed separatists（分離派） in Eastern Ukraine have declared a full military mobilization (動員） after two days of heavy shelling（爆撃） across the ceasefire line（停戦ライン） with the Ukrainian army.  Ukraine says they are trying to create a pretext for a Russian invasion.

2.  Another warning from Washington President Biden says he's convinced Russia will attack the Ukrainian capital within days.  It comes as the Russian Defense Ministry says strategic nuclear forces will be involved in military exercises on Saturday.
