1. Ukraine's president Vladimir Zelinsky is appealing directly to the
people of Russia to prevent war.  In a televised statement he said his latest
call for talks with Vladimir Putin had been met with silence addressing the
Russian people he called for peace saying what happens next depends on them.  The U.N security council is about to hold an emergency session.

ウクライナのウラジミール・ゼレンスキー大統領は、直接ロシア国民に戦争回避を訴えています。テレビ放送された声明の中で、プーチン大統領との会談を呼びかけたが、沈黙が続き、ロシア国民に平和を呼びかけ、次に何が起こるかは彼ら次第であると述べました。国連安全保障理事会が緊急会合を開こうとしています。

2.  More Russian military hardware （武器）is heading to the Ukrainian border as the U.S secretary of state says he believes Russia could invade although aggression can still be avoided.  Anthony Blinken has warned Russian forces are at the final point of readiness.

ウクライナとの国境に向かうロシア軍の軍需品がさらに増えています。米国国務長官は、ロシアは侵略を避けることができるが、侵略する可能性があると思うと述べました。 

3.  And Ukraine is bracing for possible hostilities it's bringing in compulsory
military service （兵役）for all men of fighting age.  Reservists （予備兵）are being called up to join the regular army in preparation.

ウクライナは敵対行為の可能性に備えて、戦える年齢男性全員を対象とした兵役を導入します。予備役が召集され、正規軍に入る準備をしています。
