1.  Russia's Defense Ministry says some of its troops on the border with Ukraine are returning to their bases after completing exercises.  But large-scale drills （訓練）continue and it's unclear how many units are being withdrawn.

ロシア国防省によると、ウクライナとの国境にいる一部の軍隊が演習を終えて基地に戻っているとのことです。しかし、大規模な訓練は続いており、どれだけの部隊が撤退しているのかは不明です。

2.  Now Djokovic has told the BBC he is prepared to miss future tournaments
including Wimbledon and the French open rather than take the COVID vaccination.  He distanced himself though from the anti-vax movement （反ワクチン運動）but insisted everyone had the right to choose.

3.  Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has taken the unprecedented step of invoking the emergencies act to crack down （取り締まる）on anti-vaccine mandate protests.  Banks will be able to freeze personal accounts of anyone linked with the protests. 

カナダのジャスティン・トルドー首相は、反ワクチン義務化デモを取り締まるため、緊急事態法を発動するという前例のない行動に出ました。銀行はデモに関連する人物の個人口座を凍結することができるようになります。

4.   And the 15 year old Russian ice skater Kamilla Vallieva is about to compete at the winter Olympics in Beijing despite failing a drugs test.
