Irregular Menstruation

Is it because of a hormonal imbalance? The amount of menstrual blood is mixed. There is almost no bleeding for the first two days, and on the contrary, fresh blood appears only now, on the fifth day. I have no idea when this month's period will end. I hope that irregular menstruation is not too much of a problem.
