STUDIO24(Two-Four) is located in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture, and their original SOFUBI is too cool! They also introduce "Mr. Satan", a [Dragon Ball] figure from the "Zoukei Tenkaichi Budokai".

This time it's STUDIO24's "SHOCK-EYE" and "And1"! Complex and Inferiority Edition!!!

I talk about it in detail on YouTube!

We are proud to introduce you to some of the most unique artists working in the world of SOFUBI!

The SOFUBI models I'd like to introduce you to are "SHOCK-EYE" and "And1" from the Complex Series!

It's so cool! Both "SHOCK-EYE" and "AND1"!! Characters that appear in real size in the manga have been released as cool deformed versions.
Each member of the "Complex" has lost their eyesight or leg strength for various reasons, but they all have strong abilities, which makes the detailed characterization of the characters is very interesting, and the enemy characters are full of monster-like atmosphere.

This time, from the original SOFUBI "Complex Series"

*COMPLEX LAND #1 [SHOCK-EYE] (Official color ver.)

*COMPLEX LAND #2 [And1] (Parrot green ver.)

"And1" is the color from [The 8th Annual Doki Doki Osaka SOFUBI Expo] in 2019!

In addition, STUDIO24's original SOFUBI:

*KOMAKIYAMA! (Makeup "Mawashi" ver.)(Mawashi=Sumo wrestlers "belt")

I'd like to introduce you to three of them.

But first of all, we've asked to make a Limited Edition color ver. of this "SHOCK-EYE" for Toy's King!

And then, there's more!

The prototype of "SHOCK-EYE" was made by STUDIO24, and Mr. Ito of P@inter-Net did the coloring! It's a collaborative effort.

So it's a collaboration of STUDIO24(sculpting)x P@inter-Net(coloring)x Toy's King(sales)!

What a dream come true for this collaboration! An extravagant collaboration of Mr. Inasaka's most famous work and P@inter-Net's painting! Fans can't get enough of this. the painting method is also completely different, so I'm sure it will exceed everyone's expectations.

And there is more.

We were able to visit STUDIO24's workshop and have a collaborative shoot with them!

I'm really excited! Both of them have great skills in figure making and different types of painting, so I'm really looking forward to hearing what kind of questions and conversations they have.

When you speak of STUDIO24, it's Mr. Inasaka, and it's a modeling studio that handles everything from prototyping and coloring to mass production. The concept of STUDIO24 is depicted here, isn't it?

Normally, the division of labor, with the prototype being made by the prototype, is a way to improve efficiency, but he is saying the exact opposite. He wants to deliver the figures that he create with the burning passion of a craftsman to the users who hold them in their hands! That's why he is using a consistent method!

I'm so excited, as he is very passionate about SOFUBI and has a great way of thinking. Mr. Inasaka used to work at CCP, and now he's independent, but he's still involved with the CMC series from the very beginning, and our Limited Edition "Mariposa", "Ninja Man", and "Junk Man" are all sculpted by him. Mr. Inasaka also has YouTube channel where he talks about hte secrets of his work, so please check it out. He's also famous for creating "Mr.Satan", who won the [Zoukei Tenkaichi Budoukai 7](BANPRESTO WORLD FIGURE COLOSSEUM 7) after his first appearance.

And once again, I'd like to introduce you to some SOFUBI.

First off, it's "SHOCK-EYE!

画像4

This is the second installment in the [STUDIO24 Original Manga] series "COMPLEX", and is a SOFUBI version of the story's protagonist and leader of COMPLETE-X, "SHOCK-EYE.

This dynamic sculpture and its rounded form are both cool and cute!

The "SHOCK-EYE" has no eyesight in one eye, but instead has a well-developed eye in the mind that can see something essential that the eye cannot. This is why the asymmetrical design of the left and right eyes and the hairstyle are so cool.

And there's "And1", the enemy character of SHOCK-EYE!

画像5

The setting is:
"A group of mutant organisms called RETTO, which are the end result of a human being whose mind is controlled by a COMPLEX. One of them is [And1]."

This one is also wonderfully sculpted!

Is RETTO an inferiority complex? Is it inferiority to a complex? (if you can Japanese, you'll understand the joke...)

RETTO is a villainous character who is the end result of humanity's inferiority complex that has eroded to the cellular level. It's an interesting setting for an enemy character that has been changed by emotions, somewhat like a special effects villain. The unpainted version of "And1" was also previously released, and the detail of the modeling and painting is amazing. The more parts a Soft Vinyl figure has, the more expensive it becomes due to the increase in the number of molds, but I think this price is astonishingly low for such a large number of parts.

Finally, "Komakiyama"!

画像6

Komaki City in Aichi Prefecture has a symbol called "Komaki Castle", and the character was born as a sumo wrestler challenging his dreams, based on the historical fact that Nobunaga Oda(the "Shogun"), who built his castle on Mount Komaki, liked sumo!

His hands are so detailed! He's got Komaki Castle on his head, and he's the mascot of Komaki City!

When I visited "24", I took a picture of Mt. Komaki at a coffee shop on my way home, and the shopkeeper immediately responded, "Oh! That's "Komakiyama!!". It's such a famous local character. Inasaka-san really wanted to create a character of this size, so he created this work. The character's setting is to challenge towards his dream, and it's a wonderful SOFUBI that gives you a sense of motivation when you look at it. There are also various colors to choose from and is very interesting.

nd please watch the video to see the collaborative work of STUDIO24(modeling) x P@inter Net(coloring) x Toy's King(sales).
