Sapporo Snow Festival

The Sapporo snow festival started the day before yesterday.
I went there but it was a cold day so I couldn't look a little bit. According to the homepage...It is one of Japan's largest winter events, and it attracts a growing number of visitors from Japan and abroad every year.
Every winter, about two million people come to Sapporo to see a large number of splendid snow and ice sculptures lining Odori Park, the grounds at Community Dome Tsudome, and along the main street in Susukino. For seven days in February, Sapporo is turned into a winter dreamland of crystal-like ice and white snow. If you are interested, please come here!!

昨日から札幌雪祭りが始まりました。
私は行きましたが、とても寒い日だったので、少ししか見ることができなかった。
ホームページによると。。。
日本最大の冬のイベントの一つで、毎年、国内外からの観光客が増えています。
毎年冬に、約2万人が大通公園、コミュニティドームTsudomeでグラウンド、すすきのメインストリートに沿って内側を覆う見事な雪と氷の彫刻を見る為に大勢の人が札幌に訪れます。２月中の7日間、札幌は結晶状の氷と白い雪による冬の夢の国になっている。
