Want to revolutionize my current company.

Chapter 1: The Beginning of a Revolution

When I think about my current workplace, there's something that bothers me.

There's not a single person within the company that I can look up to.

Some might think, "Why don't you just quit?" It's a very straightforward solution.

Honestly, I get plenty of job offers from other companies.

However, there are still some things I want to accomplish here. And it feels wrong to move onto the next step without taking on these challenges.

I want to be clear - I don't look down on my colleagues or superiors.

In fact, I believe that given the right opportunity, we are in a position to do great things like starting a new business.

The big issue, in my opinion, is the lack of ambition.

I believe that the fundamental problem here is that there are very few people interested in new technologies and the latest trends.

And I feel that this is hindering the growth of our company.

That's why I feel the need to start a revolution.

Chapter 2: A Lone Ray of Light

Despite this, there is one person in the company who shines brightly.

This person has the ambition and is working hard for their own growth.

I feel strongly that I want to start a revolution with this person and move the company forward.

Chapter 3: The Idea of the Revolution

What should we do?

Firstly, we want to provide academic education for our employees.

This is so that we can have discussions about the latest trends, deepen our understanding, and come up with new ideas.

We want to remove the barriers between departments and form a unified team that shares a common ambition.

Chapter 4: The Future We Aim For

We have two goals.

Contribute to the launch of new businesses.

We hope to contribute to the growth of the company by acquiring new knowledge and making our ideas a reality.

Become an organization that can stand on equal footing with the company and labor unions.

This means having our opinions respected and having the opportunity to decide the direction of the company together.

Chapter 5: The Road to Revolution

The road ahead might not be easy.

However, we plan to continue acting according to our beliefs.

We want to start a revolution in our company and create an environment where everyone can fully realize their potential.

It might be a big challenge, but we are confident.

If we succeed in this revolution, our company will become stronger and more progressive. And that is everything about our "revolution in the company".
