200 hours of National Yoga Alliance certification (RYT200)

The course is officially accredited by the Yoga Alliance , and those who complete it are eligible to receive the National Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (RYT200).

■ Certified school

After undergoing a rigorous examination, a yoga school that has cleared the standards set by the Yoga Alliance of the United States is called RYS (Registered Yoga School) and can host qualification courses.

■ To become a certified instructor

Become a certified instructor by completing the teacher training (training course) sponsored by RYS and registering for the Yoga Alliance.

≪Type≫

[RYT200] After completing the 200-hour course and registering, you will become a RYT200 certified instructor.

[E-RYT200] After completing the RYT200 course, you will become an E-RYT200 certified instructor by completing and registering 1) 2 years or more of instruction, 2) 1000 hours or more of instruction.
