Ilium subluxations

PI - Ilium gets shorter. Primary contact - inferior margin of the PSIS. LOC - see the image 2 below. SIJのjoint surfaceを支点として、LOCはP-Aメイン、若干のI-S。20-30°のM-L。

AS - Ilium gets shorter. Primary contact - Posterior lateral aspect of Ischial spine. (Ischial spine can be found half way between the most inferior margin of the SIJ and the palpable inferior margin of the ischium)
LOC - slight S-I through the plane line of the SIJ. Plane line varies between 20-30°. Confirm with joint spring.

EX - Primary contact lateral edge of mid-sup PSIS
IN - Primary contact medial edge of mid-sup PSIS
