Yappli CRM installed in All Hearts Company Official App / Using mobile app as a hub to employ data in promoting company DX (Digital Transformation)

Yappli, Inc., a company providing a no-code mobile app platform, Yappli (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, Representative Director and CEO: Yasubumi Ihara, hereinafter “Yappli, Inc.”), announced on Friday, January 21, 2022, that it has provided development support to All Hearts Company Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi prefecture, Representative Director and CEO: Yutaka Yomoda, hereinafter “All Hearts Company”) for the “All Hearts Company Official App” with the implementation of Yappli CRM.


■ Renewal of ‘‘All Hearts Company Official App’’
All Hearts Company manufactures and sells breads and sweets for several popular brands, such as‘‘Neko Neko Shoku Pan’’ and ‘‘HEART BREAD ANTIQUE,’’ etc.

With this revision, the app was renewed and upgraded to include a membership card that can be used in all stores of All Hearts Company, including those for the 2 brands mentioned above*. Customers, by presenting the app at the point of purchase, can earn miles based on the purchase amount. In addition, it enhances the customer experience for fans of the All Hearts Company brands with a variety of features, such as an online store with easy navigation, the latest news from the various brands, store information, and app-exclusive special coupons.

◼️ Launching membership card with Yappli CRM
The membership card on the ‘‘All Hearts Company Official App’’ is made possible by Yappli CRM, which is a new CRM that can be used just by downloading the app. Yappli CRM allows the issuance of membership cards by simply obtaining customers’ information from the app’s form.
