The home-alone record and photo report from Wancoworks will change!

Hello ☀️ I'm Motegi, the chief staff at Woof Works Hotel!

We have always provided a "home-alone record" to you upon your return after your pet's stay. However, until now, our staff has been handing over handwritten paper reports upon your return home. We've been feeling a bit frustrated, thinking it would be even more reassuring if we could inform you about your pet's daily activities on the same day. So, starting from December 1, 2023, we are improving our service and launching an online diary service!

In addition to reporting on meals, elimination status, and the day's events, you will now be able to see cute photos taken on that day every day in the diary 🎉

With the introduction of this new service, we have a request for everyone. Please register "Owner Information" and "Pet Information" from the rich menu below. If you can complete the registration before your next visit, you can use the service smoothly 😊

Even customers with multiple pets can register all their beloved dogs, so please register each one individually! 🐕🐩🐕‍🦺 Also, we would appreciate it if you could register cute dog photos!

If you use LINE, this service is available to everyone for free. If you don't know how to register, please feel free to ask the staff 😊

★ Registration Method ★

  1. Tap "Dog's Diary" in the rich menu and register owner information and pet information. (Please fill in not only the required items but also as many items as possible.)

  2. Once the registration of owner and pet information is completed, you can easily view the diary from the rich menu from the next time 😊

★ Please Note ★

  1. Due to this change, the distribution of paper home-alone records will be discontinued. If registration is difficult, please consult with the staff directly.

  2. The time for sending reports is not fixed. When the diary is updated, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.

  3. Because the care of dogs takes precedence, replies to the diary may be delayed or, in some cases, may be omitted. Please understand.

  4. For customers with multiple dogs, one dog will be selected as the representative dog, and the diary for two dogs will be recorded under the representative dog.

💫 If you have multiple dogs participating in Wonko Works on the same day, the absence records for both dogs will be updated in the diary of the primary dog.

💫 Kindly request the addition of your dog's photo to the medical record.

💫 If you wish to share the diary with your family, please avoid creating separate accounts or logging in from different devices, as this may result in the creation of different accounts. We suggest sharing with your family through methods like screen captures.

💫 Please be aware that the birthday coupon is valid for use within one month from the date of issuance. Your understanding is appreciated.

【Notice Regarding Photo Reports】
The photo reports we have been handing over at the time of pickup will be simplified for some printed versions with the introduction of the diary.
