The possibility of disasters caused by solar flares is urgent issues for our modern society, so I believe it is necessary to prepare as soon as possible.
In light of this situation, in principle, even after the patent is granted, I want the patent of "Space Radiation Shield" will be a licensable patent, and its implementation fees (license fees, royalties) will be free of charge.
