Prohibited topics

- Use which causes harm to or demeans an individual, group, nation, race or ideology.
- Use which excessively praises or demeans a specific political grouping or religion.
- Use which includes immoral or offensive content.
- Use which goes against public order and morals.
- Use which violates the use of others.
- Publishing or producing work which could be misconstrued as official content from VirVox Project.
- Publishing or producing work which could be misconstrued as official content from Animen (VOLOR).
- Use which significantly damages the image or reputation of VirVox Project or its characters.

If there is risk of any of the above, the production or distribution of said content is forbidden.

About topics which require permission.

- When a corporation would use VirVox Project's characters for commercial or non-commercial use.
- When a member of VirVox Project's team would be commissioned to create a work using a character related to the project.
※ In particular, if you would like to commission the illustrator Onidaruma or the voice provider Gallo, please inform VirVox Project in advance to avoid confusion.

Permission is required in the above cases.

About Personal and Doujin Circle use

Individuals and Doujin Circles are allowed to publish and distribute secondary works using the characters of VirVox Project as long as they are non-commercial and not for profit. Selling goods is allowed in order to recover production costs.
However, if you wish to use the characters of VirVox Project to promote other content or products, it will be considered a commercial activity and thus requires permission.

For content that uses the characters, download sales are permitted for all content that does not involve sound. Download sales of music and audio must be reported to VirVox Project.
(If you are selling CDs or Download Cards, you do not need to report it)

Permission is required for commercial use, even for individuals and Doujin Circles.

About the use of official illustrations

Official illustrations distributed by this project and Animen (VOLOR) may be used freely for non-commercial and free use.

However, there are some exceptions for paid use, so please refer to "Guidelines and Examples for Using Official VirVox Illustrations" for details.

If a corporation wishes to use the official illustrations for commercial purposes, please contact the VirVox Project.

About works which include R-18/R-18G (NSFW) material

If you upload works containing R-18/R-18G (NSFW) material related to VirVox Project's characters, please ensure that it will not be seen by minors.

When posting your work, if you would like, please use the following hashtags to avoid showing your work to minors. (*The use of these tags is not mandatory.)

In addition, when posting these works on Twitter, it is recommended to include "kossyori" in the text. (These word and hashtags are muted by VirVox Project's official account).
