Hello! We are VeinWorks for Industrial Containers.

Today we have some news about motivation and exercise performance.

The research team had humans perform a task in which they had to quickly grasp a grip tester, and their motivation level varied depending on the amount of prize money. They found that the larger the prize, the faster and stronger the response.

However, the speed of response does not always coincide with the intensity of force, suggesting that there are independent neural mechanisms controlling the speed of response and the degree of force produced.

By elucidating the neural basis of motivation and motor performance, this research is expected to contribute to improving athletes' competitive performance and to understanding symptoms and developing treatment strategies for mood disorders, Parkinson's disease, and other disorders.

It sounds like we should be motivated when we do exercises.
