Me and coworkers have taken on reducing paper work from our daily jobs. In that attempt, I was removing papers from files to dump them today. There were so many papers in each file, I had to take off stapler needles on the every papers. It was very tough work. I finally finished that, and took rest watching a pile of papers. My coworker came to me, and said that "please read this", showing a stapler box. I was wondering that why he said like that, but I read the sentences on the stapler box. I said that "Recycle process is not affected by stapler needles". Then he told me that "you do not need to take off needles". Should I have read the sentences? Just say that.

My coworkers and I recently took on the task of reducing paperwork in our daily routines. As part of this effort, I spent today removing papers from files to discard them. Each file was packed with so many papers that I had to remove staples from each one. It was quite a tough job. After finally finishing, I took a break and sat back to relax, staring at a pile of papers.

At that moment, one of my coworkers approached me with a stapler box in hand and pointed the box and said, "Please read this."  I was puzzled by his request but decided to read the text on the stapler box anyway. It stated, "Stapler needles do not pose a problem in the recycling process of paper." Why did he bother making me read it? He could have just told me orally.
