●お部屋の間取りを教えてください(What is the layout of the rooms?)

寝室（和室）、居間（和室）、ダイニングキッチン、浴室（バスタブ、シャワー付）、トイレ、洗濯機　が全ての客室にございます。
ベッドはなく、お布団敷きでお休みいただきます。

All apartment have a bedroom (Japanese-style room), living room (Japanese-style room), dining room and kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower), toilet and washing machine. There are no beds in the rooms, and futons are laid out for you to sleep on.

●子供は泊まれますか(Can children stay?)

12歳以上からでお願いしておりますが、状況によりご相談可能です。ご希望の場合は別途お問い合わせくださいませ。

The minimum age is 12 years old, but this can be arranged on request. If you wish to have a smaller children, please contact us directly.

●駐車場はありますか(Is there a car parking?)

2台分ございます。ご利用の場合はご予約時にお知らせください。
天井高2.4mでございます。ご理解の上ご利用くださいませ。

There are parking spaces for two cars. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use them. The ceiling height is 2.4m.

●チェックインとチェックアウト時間を教えてください(What are the check-in and check-out times?)

チェックイン15:00-20:00
チェックアウト7:00-11:00　
宿泊予約サイト、プランにより内容が異なりますので確認の上ご予約ください。

Check-in time is 15:00-20:00 and check-out time is 7:00-11:00.
It may varies depending on the booking channel and package, so please check before you make a booking.

●食事はついていますか(Are meals included?)

現在のところお食事付きのプランはございませんが、リクエストをいただければご用意可能です。ご予約後直接お問い合わせください。

No, currently we do not have any packages that include meals, but it is available upon request. Please contact us directly.

⚫︎施設内に温泉/大浴場はありますか（Is there any onsen in the accommodation?）

施設に大浴場はなく、客室内の浴室は温泉ではありませんが、徒歩1分のところに武雄温泉元湯、鷺の湯、蓬莱湯、貸切湯などがございます。

The bathrooms in the guest rooms are not onsen (hot spring), but Takeo Onsen Motoyu is located only 1 minute's walk away.

●何名まで泊まれますか(How many people can stay?)

1室最大4名様まででございます。4名の場合は寝室に2名、居間に2名のお布団をご用意いたします。

The maximum number of guests in an apartment is four PAX. We provide two sets of futons in the bedroom and two sets in the living room.

●ダイニングキッチンにはどのような設備がありますか(What facilities are available in the dining room and kitchen?)

冷蔵庫（冷凍庫つき）、流し台、IHコンロ、電子レンジ、オーブントースター、電気ポット、食器乾燥機、食器棚（グラス、コーヒーカップ、日本茶セット、カトラリー）、ダイニングテーブル　などがございます
食器、調理グッズはご希望に応じ貸し出しが可能です。調味料はご用意しておりません。

Refrigerator (with freezer), sink, induction hob, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, dish drier, cupboard (glasses, coffee cups, Japanese tea set, cutlery), dining table, etc. Tableware and cooking utensils can be borrowed on request. Seasonings are not provided.

●アクセス方法を教えてください(How can I get there?)

→電車　JR九州佐世保線　武雄温泉駅から徒歩10分
　　　　博多〜武雄温泉　特急で約65分
　　　　長崎〜武雄温泉　西九州新幹線で約23分
　　　　　　　　　　　　ふたつ星4047 で約3時間

→飛行機　福岡空港、佐賀空港、長崎空港から車で約60分
→車　武雄北方ICより約10分

By train: 10-minute walk from Takeo Onsen Station
65 minutes by express train to and from Hakata.
23 minutes by Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen to and from Nagasaki.
3 hours by JR Futatsuboshi train to and from Nagasaki
By airplane:
around 60 minutes from Fukuoka, Saga and Nagasaki airports.　　
By car: 10 minutes from Takeo Kitagata IC

●ペットと一緒に泊まれますか（Can I stay with my pet?）

大変申し訳ありませんが、ペットはご宿泊いただけません。
ご希望のお客様にはペットホテルをご案内いたします。

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel. If you wish, we will arrange a pet hotel for you.

●バスアメニティはありますか（Are bathroom amenities available?）

シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープをご用意しております。環境に配慮し歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシ、カミソリ等使い捨てのプラスチックアメニティは置いておりません。
洗面にはヘアドライヤー、コットン、綿棒はございます。

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap are available. In consideration of the environment, disposable plastic toiletries such as toothbrushes, hairbrushes and razors are not provided. Hair dryers, cotton pads and cotton swabs are available in the washroom.
